One thing I think that makes my services stand out from other accounting businesses is that I really do feel like everyone should be able to benefit from having a professional handle their finances. Many accounting frims are only concerned with large clients that bring in higher rates. I enjoy the fullfillment that comes from helping those small businesses that are working hard to support their family and offer services to the community. I appreciate my bigger clinets too of course, and provide them with exceptional service, but never at the expense of "the little guys".
Another rather unique aspect of my bookeeping and accounting services is how I handle pricing. The standard method for accountants is to bill by the hour. Although this is done genuinely and clients are not billed for hours not actively spent working on their accounts, it can make budjeting for those services difficult and leave those working with tighter budgets worried they may end up over extended. I want to make my services available to anyone who needs them so I offer multiple service packaages with up front flat fee prices taking the anxiety of hourly billing off the table. I also charge different rates for my bookkeping work, vs. my higher level CPA related services so you can utilize one person to handle all of your financial needs without seeking a more affordable bookkeeping option seperate from your tax or other more complex accounting requirements. It isn't possible to offer a specific quote up front because each client's needs are unique but I do list the price ranges so you can get an idea before scheduling a consult. Once we have had a chance to discuss your specific needs I will be able to offer you specifc options so you can choose what works best for you, and then I will get to work taking this off your plate so you can focus on everything else!
